Our country has enacted the Law on the Protection of Personal Data in 2016, and regulations are still being issued in accordance with the law, and the Protection of Personal Data Department occasionally issues notifications, evaluates applications and appeals and makes decisions to direct the application. It places many responsibilities on individuals and institutions.
As a touristic business, hotels stay thousands of people annually and record the personal data of their guests, as well as the personal data of thousands of employees.
The recording, processing, storage and storage of such intensive data has extremely serious responsibilities. Therefore personal data from the very beginning (from the interview with the workers and business affairs, from the acceptance of the guest information to the arrival of the guests).

For this reason, hotel operators should start working on these days when we are approaching the last months and the last days, and establish data inventory teams, and identify the data responsible representative and liaison persons.
Although what is to be done for the time being is described in titles, there is a serious need to learn in detail all the stages and the things that will or will not be done, in order not to encounter SANCTİONS!
